Lobar Site Development, Inc.

Lobar Site Development was incorporated in 1998 under Lobar Associates to pursue small bridge construction projects, structural concrete projects and contract engineering services.

Lobar Site Development was certified by PennDOT in 2002 and has been awarded multiple projects to help improve Pennsylvania's many bridges.
